Student Division Conference (including high school seniors)

What is the focus of this conference?

The 2015 Student Division Conference themed, “My Dynamic Development with Sensei,” will take place on August 21-24 with SGI-USA General Director Danny Nagashima. Students will have the opportunity to meet others in their field of study, seek guidance, ask questions, chant in the 24-hour Lakeside Gohonzon Room, study with others, deepen their faith, learn about the history of the Soka Gakkai and the three Presidents, and create life-long bonds of friendship.

Sessions will include:

• Lecture by SGI-USA General Director Danny Nagashima
• Discussion and presentation on The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin
• Discussion and presentation on Our New Clear Future
• Question-and-Answer sessions
• Inspiring experiences from SGI-USA student division members
• An opportunity to view Ikeda Hall and America Mentor & Disciple Hall Exhibits

Who should apply to this conference?

• Open to all SGI-USA youth division members who are high school seniors, junior college, undergraduate or graduate students.
